Sydney, and Its Gangster Seagulls

So this weekend was a long and busy one, but on the other side very entertaining and fun. it started off early on wednesday when i went to Riverslide with Jaxon and rode the night session we gotta a good little session in, filmed a couple things and got some pics, also ate some really good Chinese food. Only thing that sucks is no places give out free water or and sort of beverage. But aside from that it was great made a couple new friends like this guy.............

Thursday i flew to Sydney for the whole weekend the first day was fun and entertaining got to meet some cool people and went to beach in Manly. Let me tell you a traveler secret... the seaguls in manly are so vicious thug like creatures, i was eatting french fries, or chips as they call them, and this seagul swoops the fries right out of my hand before i put it in my mouth and they started screaming at me lol. They were like little Gangsters in the Hood, HA. So continuing on the first night we ate at an RSL and played lottery of course they pick like 600 people to win so almost everyone wins, but guess what?? We still lost our whole table Failed HA. After dinner we had went to our hotel to stay in and man me and Ryan must have gotten the Love Sweet or something.... LOL.

So next day i met up with Rory Coe at Monster skate park which was right next to where they held the year 2000 Olympics, the skate park was fun looking but the whole inside was under construction so that kinda sucked. That night we just went back to Rorys' house and chilled which was pretty fun i had to learn there lingo and sarcasim but i feel im pretty fluent now in their language HA.

Saturday Rory and I plus some others went to his local park called Jamo or something, which was fun but alot different then i thought it was from videos and i Stacked hard and ripped my shin up. After Jamo which Rory Killed, LOL, we headed off to Leumeah but the rain killed it for us, so we headed back on home. Sunday was a good day after a night of beating everyone at Guitar Hero =). We made our way to Monster cause Rory Had to work for a few hours there. I got a few clips and pics and ate my first sausage Roll, which i Nuked with Ketchup. After Monster we then headed of to Thorn Lee where they had a big to small spine. We got no footage there but had a pretty decent night session for a hour or so.

Sunday Night We just hung out me Rory, Reese, And Trendy and i ended up piercing Trendy's lip with a hollow needle that was the dullest thing ever it was like piercing with a fork it was that bad... But all in all it looked good in the end. Monday Morning we woke up bright and earl and made our way back to Leumeah. We were there all day and there was heaps of scooter kids everywhere it was hectic. Ladam is so flowy and boosty. There also was a kid who did backflip dropins to a quarter, so nuts. So after a a good days session, it all goes to shit when some kids jump a kid known as a "LAD" which is just a differnt clothes style kid it was dumb. But all in all was a great weekend in Sydney. P.S. Mullets are back in Australia....

Beautiful Face Stabbing Sunday

Sunday was fun we went to Frankston Skate Park, Coedie, Luke, Max, Jaxon and I. The park was good and we got alot of good Footage. I Flaired the Street wall ride and Coedie just all and all Killed it.

We all went and ate at the mall across the street and I got authentic Japanese food. I laughed they didn't even have chow mien or orange chicken shows u how authentic Panda Express is.... HA

So after a whole day of ridding I decided to get my face pierced and couldn't decide on what to pierce... So i got two things my Nose and Cheek Bone. Didn't feel to great...
It's a Good thing My Girl Friend loves it XOXOXO

RampFest Skate Park

This one is quick and simple we went to this indoor park called RampFest in the city of Melbourne. It was tightly packed and not much Flow to it, but had a cool Foam Pit and Resi Box and Quarter. Luke and Max Both tried double Flips and almost got them, well Max slammed pretty hard. Ha

I am happy to say i learned a new trick, Flip to Fakie, where you flip then come down the ramp backwards. Pretty Scary. But nowhere as scary as this kid named Mitch who did a Trick Called The Back Flip Shuffle, or Coedie Front flipping the small Pyramid........

Pakenham Skate Contest

This contest was fun and a Big success for me. It was last Saturday and had almost all the same stuff as Chelsea but the park was way better. Luke, Coedie and I all competed in this contest. I got First, Luke Got second and Max Peters got third.

This one was fun cause i met alot of new friends like Max and some others, plus they had a big bus that just blasted music and I got to work the mic and narrate the whole contest. This one was different for me cause it Had almost all scooter riders which is alot different then in the states, and to be honest I'm happy i beat Coedie Donovan in a contest cause he is voted Best rider int he world and I'm getting "Old and Rusty". HA

I won a Scooter for my prize and a Trophy, which was awesome lol but honestly I didn't need any more scooter products so i held a talent show and whoever won got my scooter that I won. It was great lots of kids were doing front flips on their back and back flips on their face. The winner of this contest was a five year old girl who started to break dance on the woodchucks in the field, HAHA it was hilarious and I'm glad everyone had a good time.

Sadly to say this event I did not get my face painted.......

Chelsea Skate Of Mind

This was a Big contest Held for Scooters, Skateboards, BMX, and Roller Blades. the event was great and I definitely had a great time. I was still super Jet lagged from the fifteen hour flight into the future but I tried My best and got Second Place right behind Luke Pickett, another rider on MGP.

The Event was big it had many different things to help you enjoy the expierence, i.e. a bucking bull, a bounce house, face painting and live music. Everybody was Happy that I was there all the way from America to support MGP. Most of the honestly didn't know me but I had an accent so they just assumed I'm was some famous athlete lol.

All in all the event was a big Success and I even got my face painted, We called it my game face I was a Tiger......

My Newest Adventure.......

So just recently I moved to Melboune, Australia for one of the Best opportunities I have came across. MGP owner, Mike, asked me if I wanted to Move to Australia for a little over three months to get some Sales training in and see how they work as a team. Of course I was excited to hear the News but it is really is a tough decision to make.... Moving across country....

Moving to Australia the land of the Aussies and take on the life experience opportunity of a lifetime.. Sounds great on paper, but the Reality is that this has been the biggest and hardest decision i have ever had to make in my life. Should I move clear across country for Scootering? What about my Gf Whom which I really care for? What about my Friends and Family, my neice who had just turned four at the time?

Well after alot of thought i decided this is the best thing for me right now its not only a great way to experience the world but it will help me to build a career in the sport which I have such a strong passion for. So I told my Girl Friend everything I felt, and even though i have had a crush on here for over a year and she finally gave me that chance which made "Us" happen, I had to Leave. She was Great about it and was more then understanding in letting me live my Life the way i always preach I do.

I have been Here in Melbourne for about two weeks now and to be honest it has been super tough. Sure it great going to AFL games and eating meat pies, plus all the people here are really laid back and nice. But I will always have that one piece of me puling me back to California the land I Love.

I am Staying positive as much as possible and it is working so far and I honestly have my girl friend to thank for that.... But things can only get better right? My Australian adventures have just begun i have so much in store for me like going to Nitro Circus watching the Mega Ramp and of course the Huge "MGP Road Trip Tour".

This is the Real Me

This is me Anthony Carlos Bustos. Most people know me as "Twan". I am a Professional Scooter Rider, and I work in Sales and Marketing for MGP. I'm just like any other human being in the sense I life and breathe like the rest, I feel Happiness and Excitement just as much as I do Pain and Misery just like everyone else. I live My Life to its Fullest and Never live in Regret, although sometimes it catches up to me on the occasion. The way I live makes it that many people either Love Me or They Hate Me, not very much in the middle, and I believe that is due to my Crazy and Fast paste Lifestyle. I don't have very many "True" friends but the ones I do I Love and would do anything for.

I have been almost one of a the "Nomads" my whole life.I have traveled the World and seen many great places whether if its New York, San Diego, Melbourne, Or Munich in Germany. I have been a working man since the age of fourteen so I do know whats its like to be a part of the "Real" world. Growing up was hard for me as I'm sure it is for any self conscious kid just trying to get by undected in the harsh life that is adolescence. In school I had the Bullies beating me up and giving me a hard time, then I became the Bully and honestly enjoyed the torture of little kids. It made me feel big and better then I normally Felt, but I have realized even though it seem like a fantastic idea at the time its truly not.

So being a Bully through my last years of middle school I had lost the very few friends I had going into High School. So I decided one day I'm gonna start anew and now to this day I live my life the way I want, and I do not take No for an Answer. I seize all of life opportunities and push my life to its limits whether if its boosting a Flair over a friend, or packing up everything and moving far away for new opportunities.

Most people who know of me are Fellow Scooter Riders, i.e. Kids who see me at contests and add me on MySpace. Everyday I comments and Emails from some fans saying "Your my idol", "Man I wish I had the Life you have". Don't get me wrong I love the Attention and it makes me feel good that somewhere out there kids look up to me for being me. I have Been Drug Free My Whole life by personal choice due to the Addiction problem of my family past, and I let kids know its just as "Cool" to say No. But do know I don't Judge those who do, "TO EACH IS HIS OWN".

So hopefully by making this Blog people will like me for the "Real" me and enjoy my "Crazy" Stories as I live them Each Day............
